I have to always contact hostdepartment.com to fix problems at least every other day. Server is either down or I get some kind of error due to server problems. I am so fed up and angry about this web host company and have lost customer and money due to this. They do have a nice attitude but their servers are very very poorly managed and have just too many problems. I WILL Continue to warn people about this as I am just so angry that I can't even get a hold of customer support right now and it's been hours of downtime. I have been asking them to refund my account since i paid 24 months in advance, however, they so far refused. This is just not right and ethical.
