Triple8 Network was founded in 1992, primarily focused on software programming and database design. In 1996 we began developing and hosting websites. Today we host thousands of websites and hundreds of dedicated servers for clients in 26 countries. Triple8 is privately owned and is debt free. Our goal is to offer a much higher level of service and support when compared to most other large hosting providers. In fact, all rackspace and dedicated server clients are given the personal cell phone numbers of our management and support technicians. If a client needs immediate assistance, they can call Triple8 personnel directly 24/7.
Technical Expertise – Having been in the hosting business for almost a decade, our personnel are well experienced in virtually all aspects of Internet protocols and software. At a minimum, all technical support personnel are fluent in setting up and maintaining Windows and Linux based servers. We also have numerous technicians that are specifically skilled in other areas such as Networking, Linux, Unix, MS-SQL, Cold Fusion, Flash, PHP, ASP, Perl, and MySQL. Triple8 also employs a full time graphic design and programming team to support our clients. We are extremely qualified in designing and maintaining complex, database driven websites.
Disaster Recovery – All critical company data, dns, email, and websites, are stored at a minimum of two geographically dispersed data centers. Triple8's corporate headquarters is also located in different buildings than our data centers.
