Transparent Technologies was formed with one goal in mind, bringing high quality services to real estate professionals. Transparent Technologies was founded by Ryan Bonham, a systems administrator and programmer who has worked with local real estate professional on technology related issues for over 11 years. Ryan is the lead programmer and project manager for the Open-Realty project. Open-Realty is a open source listing management tool for real estate professionals.
Knowing real estate professional's needs is only half of the equation though. Ryan also brought with him server and network management knowledge from his previous rolls, as both a Technology Specialist in a local school district and a systems administrator for a large commercial company. We have formed partnerships with some of the other top leaders in the technology field, allowing us to provide high quality service at an affordable price. We host web sites for both real estate and non real estate related companies across the globe.
