A1 Web Hosting operates out of the county of Norfolk, within the United Kingdom, providing full web hosting, domain parking, and email facilities worldwide. At this point in time (2003) our main areas of customer activity are the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Whilst our company operates out of the United Kingdom our servers are based within the world class EV1 facility in Texas, United States of America. Our servers are the very latest, state of the art, Linux servers operating under the latest version of RedHat. Our dedicated team of internet technicians work around the clock, 24/7/365, to make sure that our servers operate exactly as they should do. In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong they will be working to correct it, in all probability before you know that anything has happened. We dont like downtime and work to make sure that it doesnt happen - but if it does that the servers are back online pronto!
Our servers are constantly being monitored, both in-house and independently, and we are happy to report that they average in excess of 99\% uptime. Some may claim 99\% uptime but we have the reports to prove it! And even though our administration facilities are in the UK we are able to view and monitor our servers at any time of day or night via multiple live web cam links.
