Our redundant network is located in two independent carrier-neutral tier 1 facilities with over 40 service providers. The networks and servers have in-house 24 hour monitoring by our support staff and outside monitoring by Altera.
We use only linux based Intel Pentium 4 web servers. All servers include dual hot swap, SATA 150, RAID 1 drives for data integrity, additional speed and data back-up. We never over subscribe our network or servers.
Every hosting account includes the latest stable Red Hat Linux with full featured CPanel with WHM for unlimited domains. Other quality client service features such as Fantastico Content Management System are included.
Our Members Only Support area includes our true 24/7 on-line help desk with ticket tracking, User Support Forums and our top of the line Knowledge Base, including special flash sections with help for CPanel, WHM, Linux, Email, Fantastico, FrontPage, DNS and FTP.
