About our Datacenters
Our servers are located in several high-quality, secure, managed datacenters with highly trained professionals monitoring the servers 24/7. The datacenter in California (powered by ThePlanet) is backboned by a 7-tier structure connected at the minimum of 1000mbps which will guarantee a persistent network connection. This compares to the datacenter in Houston, Texas is connected via 13 gigabyte ethernet links securing a network. This datacenter is a 65,000 square feet complex with redundant UPS, air conditioning, generator backups, and is under 24/7 surveillance and security guard patrol. This is the worlds largest datacenter and is also home to over 18,000 servers.
