We didnt enter the hosting arena without first doing a great deal of research, because we were determined to do it right. We chose NOT to subject site owners to the experimental, learning and sometimes painful episodes we have seen happen to site owners at other hosts. So we lurked in forums like WebHostingTalk.com for a long time, watching hosts come and go, visiting and pouring over hosts support forums to find out the things most likely to be problematic, what works well, and to carefully define what kind of support and services site owners truly need.
Our goal is to provide hosting you can depend on, be proud of, and want to stay with a very long time, like forever! So our emphasis, after providing dependable uptime and server speed, is on providing topnotch support and ever expanding capabilities to our members.
We all want uptime to be very dependable. We all want site visitors to be able to quickly view and utilize site pages. We all want feature-rich hosting. And we all need plenty of web space and lots of bandwidth. You will have all of those things at Reenee.net. But what about support?
We feel the support services provided at Reenee.net far surpass that experienced at many other hosts. Yes, we have support forums and chat, a FAQ, a trouble ticket system, and an emergency contact telephone number.
But we didnt stop there. Lets face it, no matter where you are hosted, on occasion a network outage will occur. And when it does, what can a site owner do to contact their site host, or to interact with other members, or access a help desk and open a support ticket - if the whole network is down?
Those of us who have hosted sites for any length of time at various hosts know its not at all unusual for site owners to be left high and dry when an outage occurs on a hosts network. Therefore, we provide an alternate, backup site, Reenee911.net, at which we maintain support forums, a Help Desk so you can still open a support ticket and track its progress, give you the latest news about network status, and ability to communicate with us by sending email through a network that is up. (After all, how can email be received and responded to when sent to a network that is down?)
