We chose NOT to subject site owners to the experimental, learning and sometimes painful episodes we have seen happen to site owners at other hosts. So we lurked in forums like WebHostingTalk.com for a long time, watching hosts come and go, visiting and pouring over hosts support forums to find out the things most likely to be problematic, what works well, and to carefully define what kind of support and services site owners truly need.
Our goal is to provide hosting you can depend on, be proud of, and want to stay with a very long time, like forever! So our emphasis, after providing dependable uptime and server speed, is on providing topnotch support and ever expanding capabilities to our members.
We all want uptime to be very dependable. We all want site visitors to be able to quickly view and utilize site pages. We all want feature-rich hosting. And we all need plenty of web space and lots of bandwidth. You will have all of those things at Reenee.net. But what about support?

(After all, how can email be received and responded to when sent to a network that is down?)
