We use Microsoft® Windows NT/2000 Servers for our back end operations. Currently Microsoft® is the cutting edge of technology in the computer industry, virtually assuring that On-Ramp Indiana will be using only top of the line software. The Hardware for our Internet System consists of state of the art Pentium computers, Cisco and RAScom remote access servers. In addition we support 33.6 V.everything, K56flex, V.90, V.92, ISDN, and DSL modems. We have plenty of dial-in phone lines and multiple redundant fast T-1 Internet connections that can support thousands of users.
Our backbone is currently being provided by One Call Communications IndyX to our Carmel, Indiana, Point of Presence (POP). OneCall has 5 OC-3 with redundant T-3 connections to 5 major network peering points of the Internet.
