M6.net offers free lifetime support to its clients using an in-house web-based system or email. Support can also be reached by telephone (direct line) in cases of urgency. We have found our online support centre to be the most reliable and cost-efficient way to support our customers around the world. All support requests are placed in a database queue, and attended to on a first come, first served basis. The requests are responded to on a daily basis more often than not with an instant solution. Every email is responded to within 24 hours.
All of the servers are monitored 24 hours a day, to ensure reliability. Someone is on call 24 hours a day to ensure all servers are running properly.
Account packages
General Account Packages – M6.net offers many different account packages. The major difference between each is web space, bandwidth allocation and the number of sites hosted on the same account. We offer many features, on a Windows Platform, to all accounts as compared to other web hosts who generally push for customers to continually upgrade. Each site hosted with M6.net has its own mail server, ODBC connections, FTP login, FP2000 extensions and stats server (from Media House).
Reseller Account Packages – M6.net offers one of the most profitable and convenient reselling options to its resellers. Besides the low cost, our plans enable resellers to offer all the features offered by M6.net, to their own clients, with no additional cost. One very convenient feature is the Control Panel, for adding and deleting domains, FTP, and ODBC etc; this allows more control in your account and saves time on both sides. As mentioned before, each site, including resold sites, has their own mail server, ODBC connections, FTP login, FP2000 extensions and stats server.
Dedicated Server – M6.net offers the NT/Windows 2000 dedicated server with full access via PC-Anywhere or Terminal Server Clients. The Intel Pentium III servers, boast 40 GB hard-drives, 700Mhz and greater with 512MB ram per system, running Windows 2000 or NT 4 SP6a. Each Server is connected directly to the Ethernet, right out on to the backbone.

Plans 9 to 12 target mostly resellers with large numbers of customers and the need for heavy bandwidth.
Needless to say, all of these sites must be running on NT/Windows servers.

Currently M6.net is growing fast and is highly delighted with the growth projection of the Internet over the next year – current statistics show an increase of over 200,000 new users per month. To meet this growth, we will maintain our steady rate of in house development of automated systems, technical support and customer relations strategies.
We will add more servers and increase bandwidth as per normal, and we are excited about a range of upgrades to SQL 2000, Windows XP Server and also the upcoming .NET services from Microsoft.
