Founded in October 1996 in Boisbriand, on the North Shore of Montreal under the name "Formation et Technologies Formatek " and established in Montreal since 1998, iWeb™ Technologies Group (ITG) is one of the leading web hosts not only in Canada but also worldwide.

In 1998 and 1999, following mergers and partnerships with other small businesses specialized in Internet solutions (Formatek, Services Infonet, WebDépart and JBCréation), ITG focuses its business efforts on its specialities: hosting and web server management. Having its headquarters in the heart of Old Montreal from 2000 to 2004, right next to the Cité Multimédia, iWeb™ benefits from exponential growth in the Internet hosting market.
At the end of 2003, in addition to signing an agreement to enter the stock market, iWeb™ acquires a 10 000 square foot building and moves its headquarters into its spacious new offices. Now five minutes from downtown, iWeb™'s new operation centre offers over 5500 square feet of workspace for its employees and shelters a 4500 square foot high-tech datacenter allowing for first-class services and extremely large growth potential.
