Our customer Care and Sales office is about 1500+ sq. ft. in Greater Kailash-I, which is one of the most posh area in Delhi. We also offer tech support 24 hours a day through email, phone and ticketing system. Since the year of inception from 2 people we have grown to a work force of 15+ employees handling sales, technical and customer support 24 hours a day. Our business potential can be understood from the fact that we add one new server every 3 months and till date registered thousands of domains with various registrars in USA. The infrastructure cost is about a million per annum except the cost of servers we lease and collocate. |
