DC-HOSTING Ltd was first established in Oct 2000 to provide web site hosting and domain name registration services. We started trading as a limited company in Apr 2002.
Being a privately owned and funded company with no outside investors or debts allows us to provide a strong financial base for future growth and security
We own and operate our own servers in our suite located at Sovereign House, London Docklands. These are run in a distributed setup, We have separate servers for each service - Email, MySQL, MSSQL, Control Panel and Nameservers, and of course separate web servers. All servers have RAID and a typical server has Dual CPU with 1-2GB of RAM - these are all run by the advanced control panel H-Sphere - we also provide backup mail relay and DNS on a totally separate network to our own
We run Cisco equipment on our both our internal and external network, our network provider also prefers Cisco systems
We are a tag holder and member of Nominet the UK Domain registry, our tag is DC-HOSTING
