About Host
Broadband Hosting started as a web design company in 1996, primarily focusing on web design and implementation for our customers (under a different name). A few years later we began hosting sites independently of our web design services. In late 2000, Broadband Hosting was formed as a hosting only company. We are not resellers for any other hosting company.
Unfortunately in todays Internet age you see many web hosts who are resellers of other larger companies. While this can be good, and get you low cost hosting... there can also be problems. Resellers can be several levels deep. In the event of a problem with the service, your host needs to contact his host, then up the ladder several hosts later to where you can actually get the problem resolved.
At Broadband Hosting we have our own servers. If there is a problem...e-mail us 24 hours a day, and you are at the source. No multiple levels. If any problem does occur we can have it resolved quickly. In the event of a hardware failure it may be seen by our monitoring service before you notice!

Broadband Hosting web servers are located in a Data Center located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Downtime is almost non-existant due to the built in redundancy.
About the Facility:
We offer Network redundancy with multiple bandwidth providers, multiple connections into the building and backup power services all monitored by in-house technicians.
10,000 sq. ft. facility with 5,000 sq. ft. of Raised floor space and an option on additional 4,000 sq. ft. of raised floor for future growth. Multiple redundant loops coming into the building with multiple bandwidth providers, including, but not limited to:
AT&T
Level3
Genuity
Time Warner
Yipes
Dual (redundant) Juniper Routers.
Power backed up by generator as well as an in-house UPS system ensuring complete uptime and stability for our customers and equipment.
Space cooling accomplished with the aid of 3 - 20 ton units, regulating humidity and temperature to keep everything nice and cool.
