World-Class Data Center
Bocacom is located in Boca Raton, FL. The facility where Bocacom is located was originally the North American Research Center for IBM. It was here that the first IBM PC was developed. Our data center is located in one of the largest hurricane proof commercial sites in the US. It is built to withstand a direct hit from a category 5 hurricane and sits above the 100 year flood plain. Bocacoms DC is located at a central point within the site and has no windows or walls along the outside of the building.
Our data center features redundant utility power feeds, MGE UPS equipment and a large 10MW backup generator farm sufficient fuel onsite to run for three weeks. Power tests are performed monthly and quarterly. The data center is kept at optimum temperature by chilled water Leibert air conditioning units fed by a large water chilling plant,
Reliable Data Networks
All bandwidth included with Bocacom dedicated server packages is provided by redundant network connections to NTT/Verio. NTT/Verio is one of the largest Tier 1 network providers in the world and their quality is considered second to none. Bocacom uses quality Cisco equipment in its network. Our network connections to NTT/Verio are 100% Cisco on both sides.
Proven Dedicated Server Equipment
All dedicated servers sold by Bocacom are quality Dell PowerEdge servers. Dell PowerEdge servers are excellent general purpose servers. Choose the right configuration for your needs, or contact us to build one just for you.

Bocacom support technicians are available 7 days a week to help you out if you have a problem. Although Bocacom provides self-managed servers, we are available to quickly assist with advice or hands-on service if you have an urgent problem.
