There are hundreds of companies in the United States providing managed co-location services and thousands providing unmanaged or semi-managed services. With Black Lotus, there is a reduced concern that your market niche will be threatened as you are co-located on a limited, private network that offers IT/IP resources superior to that of your competition. We operate cash flow positive and carry a negligible amount of debt.

The Black Lotus Facility
Our managed co-location facility is located in the heart of Los Angeles, CA at 600 W. 7th St. on the 3rd floor. "600" is one of the most economical locations in the region with some of the lowest costs per square foot and per amp of electricity. Space is available from Black Lotus per rack unit, per 20A or 40A cabinet, and per 100 square feet of cage space (with 90 days advance notice). Common tenants include XO Communications and Equinix. The Black Lotus Network
The Black Lotus network is a fully multi-homed, BGP network completely contained with the Los Angeles metropolitan area that operates on AS32421. All traffic is quickly exchanged locally via Riverstone RS8000 Metro Cores without transport to other cities. In addition to an impressive array of private peers, Black Lotus uses premium bandwidth which includes routes from Mzima, Global Crossing, and Level(3). Absoutely no lesser quality routes are included. We currently have several gigabit of metro capacity. Unlike much of our competition, we are very careful to avoid saturation and continually operate at astoundingly low saturation to capacity ratios. This network is backed up by an aggressive 99.99% network availability Service Level Agreement (SLA).
