Caulfield was named Senior Vice President of Operations, who leads the company's technical and operating groups, including service delivery, hosting and network services, security services, customer support, carrier management, corporate quality and capacity management. Previously, Caulfield headed up SAVVIS Global Solutions team where he oversaw professional services, solution design engineering and customer account management. Whereas, Tardif was named Senior Vice President of Product Engineering and Development who oversees the company's product roadmap and long term product strategy. He leads product engineering, operations support software, technical assurance, portal development, hosting products integration, project management and quality control. Both of them are reporting directly to Phil Koen, SAVVIS CEO. "Continually improving services for customers and creating ongoing operational efficiencies is a key priority for SAVVIS, these changes improve the alignment of management and operations that will result in the best possible experience for our customers as we build SAVVIS presence as a global leader in delivering IT infrastructure as a service," said Phil Koen, CEO of SAVVIS.
