Dedicated hosting provider The Planet (theplanet.com) has recently expanded its latest promotion by adding an expansive range of servers to its Double Down offering. Customers can double RAM, hard drive space or bandwidth at no additional cost on any new server order.

"The explosive interest in this promotion forced us back to the drawing table to include almost every server in our portfolio," claimed Urvish Vashi, The Planet's director of product management. "By expanding the coverage of Double Down, our customers get even greater flexibility and selection."

The Web host is also offering Pentium 4, 2.4 GHz dedicated servers for $69 per month. The Double Down offer is available until October 19, or while supplies last.
