IIJ offers services ranging from minimum level functionality offerings to high-grade offerings that provide customers with defacement detection, DDoS prevention and overload management.

The company's fully redundant server installations also offer virus checking and automated content back-up functions to keep Web sites optimized and secure. IIJ has also hired a team of specialist engineers to provide around the clock support.
