Though frames are supported your main page doesn’t have real content without the usages of NOFRAMES. • Use NOFRAMES section inside FRAMESET. • Implement best title, meta tags on the frameset page. • Use maximum possible internal hyperlinks inside NOFRAMES, helps spiders to crawl.
